Attendance

Please arrive with bare nails on the day of your initial appointment. We do not work over other artists. Be sure to add a removal (soak-off) or gel removal during booking.

Clients are allotted a 10 minute grace period. Arriving after the grace period will result in an additional late fee. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and a no-show fee will be applied.

If you are sick, please stay home and focus on getting well. We will see you once you are feeling better and have been cleared by a medical professional. If you have to skip an appointment do to illness, please contact our team as soon as possible to get rescheduled.

All service times are estimates.

Rescheduling

Appointment modifications should be made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, during business hours.

Cancellations

Clients are required to cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Cancelling outside the allotted window will result in a late cancelation fee. Constant cancellations will revoke your booking privileges.

Late fee: $25

Late cancelation fee: 50% of service ticket

No-show fee: 100% of service ticket

Repairs

We offer repairs at no cost to our clients. If you’ve experienced a nail tragedy, please text 512.975.9610 to get on the schedule ASAP.

Bling, charms, and extensive nail art will assume an art fee.

Payments

Accepted forms of payment are cash, debit/credit cards, and gift cards. Please be aware that change may not be available if paying with cash.

Appointment Etiquette

NO GUESTS, NO PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Limit your cellphone usage. You may use ear buds or talk on speaker. Utilizing your phone is disruptive and can affect the integrity of your nails.
